Verizon BlackBerry Storm coming 11/21 for $199

Verizon has officially announced the BlackBerry Storm will be available starting November 21st at all corporate and retail channels. The Storm will be priced at $199 with two year contract. Rumor has it Verizon has a mass amount of stock ready to go around.

Now that Verizon has announced the launch of their Storm. Bell and TELUS in Canada can’t be too far behind either…

Tentative Verizon BlackBerry Storm Launch Date

The Boy Genius has got his hands on a slide from Verizon Wireless. It shows that the BlackBerry Storm 9530 will start launching November 20th for high-value clients then followed by availability for the general public on November 24th. Storm’s will be available in 123 Coporate Verizon stores with apparently a ton on hand.

Pricing still hasn’t been announced, however its expected to be around $199 with two year contract.

Verizon having Private Storm Sale… Nov. 17-21

Looks like Verizon’s hosting a private sale of the BlackBerry Storm for select customers on November 17th until 21st. Details have been sent to a select amount of customers to pick up the all new Storm for an undisclosed price. We can’t see the release being too far behind for the general public! We want in Verizon. We want in!

Verizon updates Storm teaser site, win a free Storm!

Verizon has just updated their BlackBerry Storm teaser site. Now you can check out all the full specs, features, demensions and suggested accessories on the site. Not only that but you can check out random people’s first reactions to the Storm or learn about the NYC Storm Hunt, where people in New York City have a chance to win a free Storm and $50 VZW gift card. Verizon BlackBerry Storm launches Nov. 15th

A Verizon insider scooped up details about when exactly the BlackBerry Storm 9530 will launch. The tipster says the Storm will be launching in VZW corporate stores come November 15th and Best Buy the day after. Exact pricing still is unknown. He also posted a screen shot of what accessories Verizon will have for the Storm. Verizon stores are said to be opening an hour earlier the week of the launch to handle the sales. Read More

Storm to attend Developers Conference

Looks like Verizon will be showing off RIM’s hot new toy at the BlackBerry Developer Conference next week. The BlackBerry Developer Conferece runs October 21 and 22. Verizon has sent around invites to conference attendees to head over to their booth to check out a live Storm (rain jackets anyone? sorry couldn’t help myself..) anyways so between this and the Verizon public touching events you can expect to see pics pop up everywhere… Stay tuned.

Get your hands on a Storm from Verizon

Unfortunately it won’t be to keep just yet. Verizon Wireless is holding events in select USA cities where you can actually test out a Storm 9530 and have free food while your at it. The events start in Omaha, NE on October 28th and finish November 20th in Milwaukee, WI. Now if only we could squeeze an actual release date out of them… hmm…
