BlackBerry Curve 8900 listed on T-Mobile
Sounds like T-Mobile Germany is feeling a little left out with all the Vodafone Storm news. T-Mobile has just listed the BlackBerry Curve 8900 (aka Javelin) on their website as coming in November. They have also listed the BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 as coming this month. The BlackBerry Curve 8900 is the EDGE only replacement [...]
3 x Javelin (Curve 8900) in the wild…
You are reading that correct. Kevin from CrackBerry was at the airport yesterday and it seems he wasn’t the only one with a unreleased BlackBerry Javelin (soon to be Curve) 8900. Kevin says he saw not one but THREE of this hot new toy. So either RIM has some serious stolen phones on eBay or [...]
BlackBerry Javelin to get new trackball & name
Kevin from CrackBerry has confirmed that the BlackBerry Javelin will become part of the Curve family (not a surprise). Not only that but the “Javelin 8900″ as we are calling it for now will feature a new style trackball called “Atomic trackball”. This will help prevent dust, dirt and other stuff from getting into the [...]

The auction is currently sitting at $899.99 USD with just over six days remaining. So if you want to get your hands on a pre-release unit head on [...]

So most of you are still rocking RIM’s OS 4.5 and lower (unless you got your hands on a Bold, then you have 4.6). BBCool is reporting that RIM’s next up BlackBerry Javelin, which is the Curve replacement will be running OS 4.7. This new version of RIM’s OS will look a lot like the [...]
Kickstart looks huge beside a Javelin and Bold
So in case you didn’t know. A BlackBerry Kickstart looks huge beside its unreleased cousin the BlackBerry Javelin 8900. This picture popped up on HowardForums today and I can’t believe the size. Oh well I’m sure everyone will get use to it. Now if only RIM would launch the Kickstart and Javelin now!
What’s after the Thunder? CDMA Javelin or Bold?
Ok let me start this off with NO we don't have any official news on this. However wouldn't it make sense for RIM to release a CDMA Javelin? Just think the Curve is the latest BlackBerry CDMA smartphone and next up will be the Thunder which some people will love and some will hate. What [...]
BlackBerry Javelin photographed, again…
Some more hot shots of the BlackBerry Javelin have appeared online. This possible BlackBerry Curve replacement sure looks thin and sexy. Click over for some more shots.

The upcoming 3G-less BlackBerry Javelin will be the first BlackBerry smartphone to feature a "Safe Mode" feature. This will allow users to boot into safe mode (similar to Windows) simply by holding down the 'ESC/Escape key". This new feature will make its debut in OS 4.6.0. [Source]
