Amazing news arrived today for TweetGenius fans such as myself! The creator of TweetGenius, Boy Genius announced that they have partnered up with BeeJive, creators of one of the most popular instant messaging clients for BlackBerry. The next generation TweetGenius application will sport both Twitter and Instant Messaging and is expected to be a real knockout. A cheaper IM client for BlackBerry: mundu

A reader just dropped us a line on yet another instant messenger for BlackBerry. This one is called mundu and it features all the usual clients such as Windows Live, Yahoo!, ICQ, AIM, Google Talk and Jabber. A neat feature that mundu offers is multi-client conferancing meaning you can have one conversation open and have buddies from any of the above clients join in.

Palringo brings free IM for most phones including BlackBerry

We have always been a fan of third party instant messaging apps for BlackBerry. We have seen JiveTalk and IM+ become big hits. BBcool just got wind of a new one called Palringo, which has introduced a new multi account IM program for BlackBerry smartphones.
