Patent Battle Gains A Point In Favor Of Eastman Kodak Against RIM
In the last chapter of the ongoing patent battle, a judge had ruled against Kodak in January. But recently the U.S. International Trade Commission stated they would review the judge’s opinion from January. Eastman Kodak is claiming that Apple’s iPhone and RIM’s BlackBerry have violated Kodak’s patent for previewing digital pictures on a smartphone.
