BBM Music has been a lot of fun. It’s a social app that allows you to listen to music, share music, grow your music library and more! It all connects through BBM, though your BBM Music friends don’t have to be your BBM Buddies. As of the 22nd, if you have one of the OS 7 handsets, the icon should appear on your BlackBerry. On Inside BlackBerry, BlackBerry has posted the following:

“With the release of BBM™ Music you can now listen to your favorite songs, share music with your BBM friends and even receive recommendations on new music you might be interested in right on your BlackBerry® smartphone¹. The best part of all is you can try BBM Music for free².! The length of the free trial will vary by carrier – so, check with your carrier for details!”

So since the 22nd, if you have service under BIS with any of the carriers listed, you should see a BBM Music icon. If you’re interested, click on it and it will take you to the BlackBerry App World to download. If you are on an Enterprise account (BES), the icon will be missing, and you will have to contact your BlackBerry administrator for assistance and permission. It’s finally happened! AT&T has announced the three new BlackBerry 7 smartphones, including the Bold 9900, Torch 9860, Torch 9810 and Curve 9360. We are happy to report that the Bold 9900 and Torch 9860 will be launching on November 6th, followed by the Curve 9360 later in the month. Here’s a quick excerpt about availability and pricing:

It’s here! AT&T’s first BlackBerry 7 smartphone has arrived. The BlackBerry Torch 9810 is now available from AT&T for $49.99 with contract or $449 without. It’s available in either white/grey or gunmetal grey in AT&T stores or online as of today. To recap this upgraded BlackBerry Torch rocks a 1.2GHz processor, with the new BlackBerry 7 OS, and also sports a higher resolution display.

We took a little break from all the BlackBerry news this morning, but here we go again. AT&T has announced their lineup of BlackBerry smartphones for the next few months. AT&T will exclusively launch the next generation BlackBerry Torch 9810, and will also launch the BlackBerry Bold 9900 and Torch 9860 smartphones. The BlackBerry Torch 9860 could possibly be one of RIM’s worse kept secrets. It’s been rumored for a long time, then we started to see live units around the internet, and even carrier-branded units are getting hands time, without an announcement from RIM. This time Engadget has posted up some high-resolution images of the all touch BlackBerry Torch with AT&T branding. As you may or may not know, the Torch 9860 will feature RIM’s updated BlackBerry 7 OS, with a 1.2GHz processor, 8GB internal memory, and a liquid graphics display. We love a good rumor now and then. The latest BlackBerry rumor on the street is that AT&T is gearing up to launch the next-generation BlackBerry Torch 9810 in August. I’m very surprised the BlackBerry Bold 9780 hasn’t made its way to AT&T yet. With that being said the folks at BerryCN managed to get a quick shot of an AT&T branded Bold 9780 in the wild. Other than that we really don’t know when its expected to officially make its way to AT&T, although we hope its really soon. Currently the Bold 9780 is available by all major carriers in Canada, and T-Mobile in the United States.

AT&T made it clear late last month that they would be launching both red and white colored BlackBerry Torch’s, and today it finally happened. Starting today you can pick up the BlackBerry Torch 9800 in sunset red or pure white (and black) now for just $99 with two year term. So now that it’s available in the United States is anyone going to grab one now for $99? If you want to know more head over to AT&T’s website.

We first heard rumors of AT&T getting a couple colored BlackBerry Torch models back weeks ago, but this morning AT&T officially confirmed they will be carrying both red and white colored models of the BlackBerry Torch. Both of the new colored Torch’s are expected to be available on November 7th for the same price tag of $199 with two year term.

Time begins expiring immediately upon purchase/activation , whether or not you are using the service. Once your time expires or you consume the allotted data, whichever occurs first, your data access will cease. DataConnect Pass session fees are non-refundable.
