TELUS throws Storm launch party in Toronto!

TELUS defiantly knows how to party. Last night they held a party where most of the large BlackBerry blogs got some sweet hands-on time with the Storm. Unfortunately we aren’t in Toronto are we would have got in on this. It seems that all TELUS demos were runnig OS 4.5.0.76 and it worked great. It seems that a launch from TELUS pretty much immendant their stock may be a little short. Seems it will launch before the holiday season, but tons of stock will arrive shortly after Christmas.

Apparently Bell wants to keep a tight race with TELUS and has printed several price cards in case they decide to drop the price at any time. Recently TELUS annoucned their BlackBerry Storm would sell for $249 with three year contract or $599 without. Bell has price cards set at $199, $249 or $299 with contract and $699 without.
