You remember Colorware? It’s the site where you can give not only your BlackBerry, but tons of other devices a custom paint job. Well generally the custom paint job for a BlackBerry costs around $159 USD, and you have to send it to them. Well Colorware has introduced a parts only service for those feeling curious. Basically Colorware’s parts only service means you buy the pieces, and they’ll ship them to you for you to install. A few months ago, We took a look at Case-Mate’s Fuel case/holster for the Bold 9000. Looks like AT&T may be getting ready to launch a white colored BlackBerry Curve 8900 soon. This is the first we’ve heard or seen of a White 8900, but it would only make sense. A new tip received over at BGR shows the White 8900 in an AT&T advertisement. The tipster didn’t have any release dates, or pricing, but I’m sure we can except it to launch soon. So question for you the readers… What do you think of the new White BlackBerry models? First the Bold, now the Curve.

NinjaThemes has some bright and colorful themes, this one is outstanding as well. It has a look reminiscent of Tron or some space movie. And while Linear is available in the BlackBerry Sync Store in purple, I had the privilege of trying it out in Gold.

I always look forward to NinjaThemes new additions, they are colorful and don’t use a lot of memory. A battery pull is strongly recommended after installation of themes.

I installed Linear on my BlackBerry Tour 9630. After installation, I did the battery pull. The theme installed easily and as you can see by the pictures it has linear designs that almost remind me of a space landscape with a vortex and stars along the horizon. It has a designated weather spot for your weather icon. I use berryweather, but the weather app is not included, so you must have your own, of whichever you prefer.

On the top of the screen you see the alarm icon, the time in the top left, and date and day in the middle. The weather icon sits in the top right. Below the time sits the profile icon. In the bottom you have six separate icons you may customize. On the far left bottom sits the battery meter, the GPS icon to the right, and the network and bars in the far bottom right. When you click the options button you have the icons that sit in front of the landscape as though they are on a clear poster board or on a veil before the landscape. Indicators show clearly and work great.

Click on messages and the one you highlight is gold. Clicking the options button brings up a black menu and highlights in gold the one you highlight on. I did give pictures so that you can view the icons and what they appear like. I love the way the icons have been given some personality as well.

If you like themes, you won’t want to miss out on this one. The one currently in the store is purple, but as you can see, more colors are on the way. This theme to me says 3D, it says vision, and it says infinity. It’s a perfect compliment to your BlackBerry.

Al Sacco over at CIO has just shown us quite possibly the World’s most expensive BlackBerry available to date. It’s a diamond encrusted BlackBerry Curve 8900 ringing in at approximately $240,000 USD. This diamond BlackBerry is designed by Alexander Amosu and features solid 18-carat yellow gold and encrusted with 4,459 diamonds (weighing 28.43 carats). Thanks to Tony, from Cocky Culture, who just let us know about Crimson, a brand new theme for the BlackBerry. It is a dark red theme with a skull and cross bones. It has class and a gothic feel to it. The theme is available from the BlackBerry Sync Store for $3.95 until Sept 25th!

I downloaded the theme to my BlackBerry 9630 Tour. The theme is dark yet vibrant. It sports wings behind a heart that is edged in black, like an antique valentine. The battery bars are displayed in lavender. The wings are like burnt sienna. The heart is a dark red and in the right lobe sits a skull within the heart. There’s a blotch of white in the background. Five icons sit on the bottom, messages, contacts, calendar, browser, and media. Those are default, but they are able to be personalized to the five you’d like to show. When the menu is pulled up, the background is a salmon pink, and has antique like etching in the background. It reminds me of my great grandmother’s table cloths. The designed icons have black edging around them. When pulling up messages, for example, the menu is a darker salmon.

Now here’s another surprise. When you get a message, a heart appears in the corner of the icon, such as a message, or im. Even the browser has decor from the theme. It didn’t slow my Tour down, and adds personality. There are eleven different Premium themes that Cocky Culture has available, Rocker Chic being one of them.

This theme reminds me of a rocking Valentine every day. Now I rate according to how appeasing the theme is, which is very, the customer service which Tony is outstanding, and how my phone reacts to it, which was great. So on all counts, I give this theme 5/5. Conquest is really nice too, I can dress my phone with themes to show my mood or feeling of the day.

iSkin has been known to design some really nice iPhone cases, but now they’ve expanded their lineup by introducing cases for BlackBerry. iSkin has introduced the Vibe series for the BlackBerry Bold, Curve 8900, and Storm. Unfortunately no love for the BlackBerry Tour 9630 or Curve 8520 just yet. We’ve been checking out these cases for the past few weeks and so far we’re very impressed! They fit like a glove, and are designed to protect for sure. Included in the packaging is both the skin and a mirrored screen protector for maximum protection and privacy.

Not only do the iSkin’s come in various colors, the Vibe FX skins come engraved with a subtle argyle patterns and look awesome! At this time the Vibe FX skins are only available for the Curve 8900. Now we did mention the Vibe skins are currently available for the BlackBerry Bold and Storm, and hopefully launching for the BlackBerry Tour soon. Conclusion: iSkin has always known to make some of the best cases for the iPhone, and now the introduction of their latest lineup for BlackBerry looks great. These cases are pretty sweet, look great and create solid protection. The price isn’t as cheap as some skins, however you seem to get a much more stylish case. The only thing we noticed with all three of these cases is the lining up with certain ports, such as charger or headphones isn’t 100% bang on. Just something minor and they do work without lining up. The Vibe cases on both the BlackBerry Curve 8900 and Storm fit well, but the buttons on top of the device (for lock and mute) are fairly difficult to press.

Pros: Stylish, tons of great colors, mirror screen protector included

Cons: Mid-Range pricing ($30+), ports don’t always line up, top keys for mute/lock aren’t easy to press
