In March 2011, RIM announced the BlackBerry PlayBook will be launching in Canada and the United States on April 19, 2011. Along with the launch date, RIM announced three sizes of storage (16GB, 32GB, and 64GB) with the price tag of $499, $599, and $699 respectively. Prices are the exact same in Canada and US funds.
