BlackBerry Torch 9850/9860 Hits the FCC
We missed this one a few days ago, but I guess its better late than never. RIM’s upcoming BlackBerry all-touch Torch 9850 and 9860 has hit the FCC. While the FCC didn’t reveil too much new information about the Storm 3, I mean Torch 9860 and Torch 9850. It appears that RIM will be rocking three models of the new Torch Touch, including a CDMA model for Verizon and Sprint, then HSPA models for AT&T, Rogers, Bell, Telus, etc., and then lets not forget a variant T-Mobile USA and Wind Mobile. See the details below…
- RDH71CW supports GSM / EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 and CDMA 800/1900/2000 (Verizon & Sprint Model)
- RDP71UW supports WCDMA with quad band GSM/EDGE and WCDMA 850/1900/2100 (AT&T, Rogers, Bell, and/or Telus)
- RDQ71UW also supports quad band GSM/EDGE but substitutes in WCDMA 1700 AWS, as well as 900/2100 for global use (T-Mobile & WIND Canada)
