Android Player for PlayBook Delayed until Fall 2011
When RIM first showed us the Android Player for the BlackBerry PlayBook they said we would see a public beta this summer. Engadget is now reporting that RIM will miss the target of bringing the Android Player this summer, and we will not see it until the fall. A couple weeks ago we saw the Android Player leak for the PlayBook, many thought it was an early version, but we aren’t convinced just yet. Personally I am not shocked that the player is delayed, as we still don’t have a native email app. Don’t worry we will keep you updated once we find more about the Android player…
