Yes, BlackBerry has a new contest with the theme of Travel like the BlackBerry Travel app. How does the destination of Syndney Brisbane Australia sound to you? The grand prize is a wonderful nine day vacation to Australia with Sydney being one of the stops. And it doesn’t stop there, check it out…

First of all, only the online entries will be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing. What is included in the Grand Prize and what’s it worth?

The winner and a guest will receive the following:

Prize includes roundtrip economy air travel from a major airport near the winner’s home to Sydney, Australia. The itinerary for the trip is as follows and is subject to change at the discretion of the Sponsor:

Day 1- 4: Arrive in Brisbane. Fly to Lizard Island for a four night stay. Package includes: all meals, selected drinks, alcoholic beverages, and non motorized water sports.

Day 5: Arrive in Sydney. Stay at the Four Seasons Hotel for four nights in a Premium Harbour View room. Package includes: Executive Club Lounge access, full buffet breakfast, all day beverages and snacks, evening cocktails/canapés, garment pressing and concierge service.

Day 6: Private 90 minute walking tour of ROCKS area.

Day 7: Behind the Scenes tour of the Sydney Opera House including light breakfast.

Day 8: Winner’s choice of either: (1) Captain Cook GOLD Dinner Cruise 7 course menu with wines, guaranteed window seating and cocktails with the captain or (2) a five hour harbour sail with lunch and drinks.

Day 9: Private transfer to Sydney airport for flight home.

Grand Prize also includes an American Express Gift Card with a balance of USD $2,500 spending money. Approximate retail value of the trip is USD $20,000. Actual value will vary depending on location of winner’s residence. Winner is not entitled to any difference in actual or stated value. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is USD $22,500.

There will also be six weekly prizes for online entries which include the following:

Approximate retail value of each device is: USD $500.

The online weekly prize also includes a USD $1,000 American Express Gift Card for travel related prizes of winner’s choice and a Travel Prize Pack of items including a carry-on bag, passport wallet, a TSA approved suitcase lock, leather luggage tags, a luggage scale and a travel comfort set. Approximate Retail value for the Travel Prize Pack is USD $350. Total approximate retail value of the online weekly prize is USD $1,850. The BlackBerry device does not include activation or usage fees required to activate and operate the device. All such fees are the responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of any prize permitted except at the discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or great value should any prize not be available for any reason. Taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners must pick a device that is compatible with their carrier of choice. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable device if the device selected is not available for any reason.
