GroupMe v1.0.0 is available in the BlackBerry App World in the Test Center. If you download it, you do have the chance to continue beta testing the app. They’ve updated the app, and the UI looks even nicer. Check out the latest updates to the app…

What is GroupMe?

It’s an app that allows you to call conference-style and mass text your groups that you create. So you can do family, friends, coworkers, etc.

Here’s what’s been added:

  • Photo sharing. Take photos with your BlackBerry and load them into your chat.
  • Better chat navigation. Us t, b, and r keys in the chat, similar to BBM.
  • Performance. They’ve sped up the app and it now uses less battery.
  • They’ve put in their pretty logo
  • And they fixed quite a number of bugs.
