Limited Warranty includes the first 12 months which RIM will honor the out of box warranty obligations and repair service. RIM will also offer Advance Exchange or Same Unit Repair Service to end users.
BlackBerry Total Repair Program will include additional tech support and warranty coverage for two years following the activation of the BlackBerry PlayBook Tablet. To end users who purchase this option, the Advance Exchange will be the repair service solution. You’ll be able to purchase the Total Repair Program can be purchased at any time during the first 12 months.
