Update: FontCollection v2.1 Available Now With More Fonts And Features

FontCollection is for those BlackBerry users who want to add more customization to their BlackBerry with more fonts. There’s different types of fonts and they install quickly, giving your BlackBerry more personality. Now FontCollection has updated with even more fonts and improvements. Check it out…

New features and changes:

  1. Now you can see all pre-installed fonts in your BlackBerry in FontCollection.
  2. Use ‘Filter…’ menu item to filter fonts by type: serif, sans serif, monospaced, script and many others.
  3. Three modes of view: compact, normal and full mode.
  4. New 16 Serif fonts.

FontCollection is compatible with OS 5.0 and OS 6.0.

Compatible devices are: 83xx (Curve), 8900 (Curve), 89xx (Curve), 9000 (Bold), 91xx 3G (Pearl), 93xx 3G (Curve), 95xx (Storm), 9550/9520 (Storm2), 9570, 9630 (Tour), 9650 (Bold), 9670 (Style), 97xx (Bold), 9800 (Torch)

If you have FontCollection, updating is easy. Go to the BlackBerry Sync Store, sign in to your account, go to My Apps, and download the new application from your PC to have the link sent to your phone. From your phone, you can either download through the BlackBerry Sync Super Store by being signed in and going to your app, or you can go to your browser to the BlackBerry Sync Store, sign in, and download the update.
