The Future Of Vlingo, It Keeps Getting Better

I love Vlingo, it’s been one of my essential apps for my BlackBerry because I can use it on the go. Vlingo has posted a video that shows where the future of Vlingo is going. I really am excited at how technology has made some great strides in advancements. Imagine being able to use voice command on your phone for even more, but also for interpretation. What do you think?

    There is NO WAY with BlackBerry’s current implementation with Nuance Communications voice recognition that this is available in the foreseeable future. 800Mhz is the minimum required by any os for voice recognitition.

    Dragon Naturally speaking wasn’t available until P4 was available.

    The cartoon depicts all types of cellular devices. Its not all just for BlackBerry. I don’t know if you’ve tried Vlingo, but it does quite a bit already. I’m sure different OS types have other capabilities and less limitations.
