Viira For BlackBerry Updates To v2.1, Adding Delegate, Navigate With Shortcuts, And More!

Viira is by Karta Mobile, Inc and basically it’s an app that follows the train of thought of GTD and Getting Things Done by the David Allen Company. I have reviewed the app, and it’s a great organizer and management app. Now with the added features, it’s even more organized and will help you manage tasks even more efficiently. What’s new?

A big thanks goes out to Chris from Karta Mobile for letting me know that Viira has been updated. This is one of those apps that keeps your tasks and your projects, including emails organized, so you are truly in charge. Karta Mobile took note of what Viira users had to say in feedback, and this is what they’ve come up with so far. The new features are:

  • Delegate. You can now delegate an entire project or context directly from Viira. Give instructions, send to-do lists, provide step-by-step directions and email shopping lists to your spouse or significant other. You can even email entire projects or contexts to yourself for review, for printing or for archiving
  • Navigation with Shortcuts.
  • Project and Context Notes.You can now add notes to every project or context to record additional directions, thoughts or just important things to keep in mind when tackling all the to-dos in it.

Viira is $29.99 but it does allow you to try before you buy, and if you are an individual who can benefit from having your own secretary in your BlackBerry further than it is capable of doing so far, this app has been waiting for you.
