Blackberry Sync I love this site. You have great writers with wonderful ideas. Every day I open the sync I am overwelmed by all the great articals and contest. The reads help me get thru a long day at work.
Some things I would love to see in the future would be a forum and some poweruser tips and ideas.

I also know that Server Issues were mentioned a while back. I Also think the bbsync mobile interface could be differently setup for the ease & comfort of the user. There is nothing I love more (other blackberry owners can testify too) then an easy accurate web- mobile version. I always enjoy going into my downloads folder & launching -Blackberry Application World- 1. because its very fast. 2. Its interface set-up is not complicated & looks so so nice & beautiful to the eye. Was also thinking a new section with tips to help the mobile user make the best of their experience on ur site, maybe a list of the most common used blackberries, iphones, other models ect..with instructions or tips.

Pro’s :
I am very new to your website & I have checked your site everyday from my blackberry Tour. I have regularly checked in with this site daily through my mobile phone-(that’s how wonderful your site is) I love the reviews & how they are actually investigated before just writing a pointless review to consumers(like most sites where the reviews are one sided & used for marketing to sell the product). Your reviews are wonderful because
1. Pro’s are listed
2. Con’s are listed

How much more sensible & smart can we get.
So it is up to the person who is reading to come up with the products final conclusion & decide if the product is worth really what is being talked about. So keep up the reviews & how they are being displayed. That’s GREAT!

Cons:
the next issue I see that needs some major help to consumers is how your site is not too accessible through a mobile phone. As I said above I only access your website through a mobile phone (aka bbtour OS 4.7) these mobile phones need to be able to get onto any blackberry site without any major stalls or delays. When a website goes to slow the consumer will wait the time…. but hence become leary & won’t continue to re-visit the website knowing past predicts the future. Your site is great, but could use a lot of improvement for the mobile user who would like to get the scoop from ur site, these days with our blackberries we can do so so much & spend so much time on these devices. this would be my input for improvement to your already great bbsync website. Hope this helps & I also hope I win!!

Items that should be added to sysnc site
1) More reviews, including those of other smart phones and how they compare with BB
2)Regional information (canada and the current info is a good start)
3) Rumours section (letting us ‘in’ to the gossip of the market place)
4) A ’101′ section for those of us who are ‘dummies’ or just starting out on BB
5) Obviously more contests
