Fixmo Tools Updates To v1.0.2 And Is Out Of Beta Testing

I find myself using Fixmo Tools a few times a day, and tonight I went to use the memory portion to find that Fixmo has an update. Fixmo Tools is the ultimate quick fix tool and all in one gadget app you’ll love. Your BlackBerry will thank you for it. It is officially Fixmo Tools-BlackBerry Edition.

I immediately downloaded it and installed on my Tour 9630. I had to restart my phone, and was anxious and looking forward to the latest version of Fixmo and what changes might have been made.     I tried that Fixmo thing when it was in early beta. It requested all sorts of permissions, like access to my address book and other security areas which I don’t want it to access. I don’t know why such an application needs that much access. I hope it did not send out my address book contents or copied my messages and sent it to their server. Who knows? I will never install it again, I am just too concerned these kind of things…

    @funkym – since the beta, we have removed the need for all but the most basic permissions any application requires to run on your BlackBerry. We’d love it if you would consider giving the product another try.
