Attn Mac Users! The long awaited, heavily anticipated BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Mac has been leaked! This version has not been officially released by RIM, and is in beta still. An official release of this software should be coming very soon, but until then give this a try.

Please keep in mind because this software is a beta version: It might still have a few glitches, but it shouldn’t hurt to test it out. However please keep in mind this software is un-supported by RIM, and by installing it neither RIM, not this site are responsible for any issues caused by this software.

    Installed the desktop manager and really like the look of it. Did the backup without any issues but did have some issues with the synchronization side of things. It will only allow you to sync all calendars or one (I have a number of calendars and only wanted to sync with a couple). During the initial synchronization I also got a number of errors and then had information deleted off my BlackBerry. :( But the last time I did the sync it went smoothly.

    The only real drawback that I can see is that to update the software you still need one that is available online and I have a Pearl 8130 so that’s a no go. Still need the PC desktop manager for some things.
