OS Alert: BlackBerry Storm 9500 OS 4.7.0.141 Released!
Vodafone UK has just released OS 4.7.0.141 officially for the GSM BlackBerry Storm 9500. So if you have a Storm 9500 you can install this OS on your device. Apparently it seems to be working great so far! The good news is this is an official OS update directly from RIM. If you would like details on how to install an OS please click here. Had it 24hours. Doesn’t seem any different to .121 – which was a bit of a beakthrough in stability in itself. Obvious changes from pre .121 1. Lock button now disables screen 2. Camera screen button now see through and faster shutter speed / better colour balance 3. Portrait full keyboard for pixies 4. Ring around cursor in text 5. Media loads photos much quicker. Overall have really started to like it mainly due to ditching the pouch (looks great) and responsiveness.
