Kisha, send me your pin via my email, susan@blackberrysync.com and I’ll add you to my messenger and help you out. 5.0 is not officially released or supported yet. BlackBerry Rocks has the latest OS available per handset. I would highly recommend that you check the list first and do not attempt to install an os that is not supported for your handset yet. Email me and we’ll see what we can do.
