Facebook 1.5 for BlackBerry launching today (March 6th)??

We have received several rumors that RIM’s updated Facebook client for BlackBerry (version 1.5) will be launching today. You may remember the screen shots that BGR showed us earlier in the week. The new Facebook version 1.5 will intergrate your Facebook contacts, calender and messages with your BlackBerry address book, calendar and inbox. If this rumor turns out to be true you should be able to download it within the next few hours. Stay tuned for an update!

UPDATE: No sign of Facebook 1.5 yet, but RIM did launch MySpace 1.5 therefore it may not happen today but it will VERY soon.

I have to say this would be great, but… we’ve been hosed so many times i just can’t bring myself to believe that it will be released just a few days ofter BGR had leaked shots. i doubt it but am hopefull that i am wrong.

Well everyone RIM launched MySpace v 1.5 today so with any luck we will see Facebook 1.5 soon. Stay tuned…
