On phone #3 since March 10th. App Error 523 came up twice. Why did Bell even keep selling the phones if they knew they were crap?

I have one. I love it! But I bought the phone 2 weeks ago and am now on my 6th phone. The problem was that every time you plugged the phone into your computer or you tried to delete something the phone would freeze on an error page. Which no one could fix so you had to keep going in to get the phone replaced. Now that the upgrade has happened I haven’t had any problems with mine. Now I only got it yesterday but I’ve done everything to it that caused the error last time just to make sure it’s working. Hope this helps!
