I tried downloading Viigo for my Storm 2, and in the download process, it has frozen at 1452/1527kb. I cannot stop and restart the process, and Viigo is not in my applications list. I did a hard reboot of the phone, and it’s still there. Is there anything I can do?

Walter,

Most likely you are running a Storm device?
if so, you have to turn â€œCompatibility Mode offâ€.

you can do this by going to Options/Advanced Options/Applications. Select Viigo, and from the menu, check the Compatibility Mode setting. If it is on, turn it off.
This will fix the problem.

if you are not on a Storm, then there must have been a mistake in the download process and you ended up with the wrong build for your device.

if that’s the case, can you please tell me what device you are running and what OS, where did you download Viigo from? the BlackBerry App Store or our Website?

I recieve the following everytime I download viigo-beta;
java.lang.ClassNotFoundExecption Missing required resourcebundle:com.viigo.blackberry.viigoapp.resources.resourse320x240. Resourcee320x240 null Screen Width:320 Screen heigth: 240.

This has happened everytime I try to download and install. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
