Walter,

Most likely you are running a Storm device?
if so, you have to turn “Compatibility Mode off”.

you can do this by going to Options/Advanced Options/Applications. Select Viigo, and from the menu, check the Compatibility Mode setting. If it is on, turn it off.
This will fix the problem.

if you are not on a Storm, then there must have been a mistake in the download process and you ended up with the wrong build for your device.

if that's the case, can you please tell me what device you are running and what OS, where did you download Viigo from? the BlackBerry App Store or our Website?

if you need further help, please contact us directly through our support portal at http://support.viigo.com

Cheers.

I have a Blackbery Storm and I'm wondering why does Viigo only give me things that are located in Ontario, Canada (Dine. TO, movies, transit, etc.)? I can pick a place for most things but not these. How can I get info for wherever I am at?

Funny I see this upgrade notice here first. I am registered user, and submitted at least dozen bug and feature inputs on prior Storm version, yet no notice in Viigo channels and no email.
Still irks me they can't manage to update this app without it being a destructive upgrade. Silly to have to download hundreds of articles, AGAIN, plus loses track of what I've already read and can't recall the channel customizations I've done.
So anyone else losing the article list display (blank white screen until you touch it) in portrait mode?
