Can you pls tell me how you text with the curve? I only seem to be able to reply to texts but not to send an original.

I just changed to Mike and am really not liking this new bb.

Hi karmen

I bought the bbcurve 8351i this week and the texting works. You can text through 2 ways on this phone. Through sms or through the email option directly.
Both work well.
Just wanted to let you know.

I was interestedin getting the blackberry mike phone. was wondering if the texting works on it i was told it didnt from 1 peron and it did from another. if anyone has any info on the please reply

So today I talked to a telus rep.. he said the issue of texting was solved with the New Black berry phone and that you are able to sms through the phone and not the web based way of doing it….. So call Telus and find out if this is true… I will call again and go check some places out to see if I get the same story….

I received the 8350i for Christmas and I could not send text messages. I went day, to get a replacement and its the same thing. I was told that an engineer will call me within a week. Should I changes phones. Are these text messenging compatible? Please help….
