absolute piece of garbage… i would not take another one for free. cant reciece text messages, freezes constantly and just all around bad setup. VERY dissapointing

8350i what an great phone!

Good looking phone, wi-fi works like a charm, dc works super well even with headset, memory card slot, data is slow but that is an IDEN issue not a phone issue, I don’t really need sms so that’s not a big deal for me, as well there is no lag when using several programs, all in all this is a great phone if you dc and you need email.

this hype for an old phone with a few new tricks. Telus and Blackberry still have not learned anything. They left out the same things they left out with my 7100i. No texting, no net alerts, and the famous iDen system still does not work properly. As the owner of a small courier company I need the Mike system. I require a Mike phone for communication with our drivers and was hoping that the 7100i would be a good extention for my business needs. The cheaper the phones from Telus for the Mike systems work better then my Blackberry. The new 8350i does not address any of the needs that we were waiting for.

Question: When will Telus and Blackberry learn to give the client what they need for business, since the Mike system is geared toward business?
