Yeah for whatever reason this download was pulled from the US Cellular/Blackberry download site. I was able to download this official version before it was removed, and i have it available on my site:

http://www.thewarezproject.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=442

Hope that helps!

I guess RIM pulled these, as they do not appear at the linked site. Desktop Manager 4.5 yes, but no device 4.5 OS's.

HUH?

The BlackBerry list of Software Download Sites:
http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp

Lists US Cellular's site as:
https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/entry.do?code=D707329BECE455A462B58CE00D1194C9
which is the same as the link you provided.

But the 8330 and 8130 aren't listed there!

.66 was already released for some other vendor and then it was pulled. I'm now running .77 (which was supposed to improve the laggy call answer situation from .66 but really didn't help anything except html email seems to be working better with .77)
