Virgin Mobile 8130

Discount phone provider Virgin Mobile has just launched their first smartphone in Canada. Guess what it is? A BlackBerry Pearl. They will be offering the Pearl 8130 for free with three year contract, of course you need to meet their plan requirements of a $25 voicemail plan and then you get your choice of data plans anywhere from $15 to $60 dollars per month.

If you decide you don’t want to lock yourself into a three year contract, you can choose the Pearl for $299 on two year, $249 on one year or $399 for 30 days.

For details on Virgin’s BlackBerry offerings check out VirginMobile.ca.
