BlackBerry Thunder (9500) to run OS 4.7, not 5.0

Jibi has been full of news this week. Today he has confirmed that the touchscreen BlackBerry we have all been calling Thunder will in fact be called Thunder and it will be modeled BlackBerry 9500. Not only that but apparently the BlackBerry Thunder will launch with OS 4.7 (not 5.0 like we all thought).

If you couldn't tell from the Thunder's pictures seen online the display is huge according to Jibi it will sport a 360×480 resolution, which makes it slightly bigger than the iPhone.
