I use the doubleTwist media sync application for putting music, videos and pics on all my devices — blackberry curve, a couple of iPods, a PSP and an iPhone. full directory sync or drag and drop a couple of files from your digital media library to your device or vice/versa. pretty sweet. http://doubletwist.com Mac and Windows compatible. wo0t!

I dont have an ipod nor do I use itunes so this is basically a useless feature for me.
