Ok so this is pure laziness and I like it. CellSea.com has a new service that allows you to upload a song and it will automatically create it into a ringtone for you. CellSea allows you to cut the part of the song you want to make your ringtone and even choose how long you want it. Check it out at CellSea.com

It doesn’t cost anything. And (rare case) it doesn’t require any registration.

Cellsea is great and easy to use on songs that are hard to find as well as uploading your own songs
I have a Blackberry 8310 and it worked well
