i have the 8830 and have downloaded navigator twice and am not impressed. keeps losing the satellite even though my XM is accessing the signal. if you change your route it seems to completely throw the thing off. the mapping software that came with my 8830 shows me where i am and folows me without any problem when i'm testing it. i think BB needs to have an antenna for the device and that may overcome the problems. i certainly don't think it is worth the subscription fee the way it works now.
